  1. Remember the Dolphins winning streak coincided with the time all that talk about trading the kid for Deshaun Watson stopped. That situation can also be blamed on the front office. If the Giants or Bears could ever do anything right, they'd try to get this guy. Pronto. And give some handpicked guy the opportunity to be an offensive coordinator. If it really wasn't Flores' fault in hiring all those assistants in Miami that eventually got fired or quit.. then he seems like a steal.

  2. When Jerry Jones is hands on ohh he's too involved. Ross hired a grown man to do a job I expect him to do his job. If I own a team yes I'm showing up and saying I want to see x y and z done and it needs to be done now it's his team. Flores had gutted the roster had the draft picks got to draft the players he needed so the poor offensive line is part his fault too. Not to mention we had our choice of RB last draft and we took Noah, could of had Johnathon Taylor, DeAndre Swift, or Cam Akers. Only reason Drill sergeant Bill in New England works is because he wins GAMES

  3. National media sucks …the true fact is that …tua won and there were at least 2 games he went down the field and scored the defense lost 2 games if we had won at Atlanta and jags we would be in the playoffs but there is a bigger problem the o line was not a good line and couldn't protect tua ..matter of fact tua got hurt because of the o line ..smh…tua is not the problem ..coaching …coaching ..is the issue as much as it was Flores ego

  4. Im no longer a Dolphins fan anymore, we will now stay poverty for the remainder of the decade imma start becoming a Tennessee Titans fan for Ryan (ex dolphins qb) as he’s about to win a ring, if Brain Flores joins another team, i will support him still.

  5. This just further illustrates the dysfunction that permeates the Miami Dolphins franchise! How are you going to fire the hottest coach in the NFL?🤷‍♂️ A coach that had just won 8 of 9 games with Tua?!🤦‍♂️ Tbh I think they did Brian Flores a favor. Is no longer hamstrung with Tua, won't run up a bad record as a head coach, & escapes the circus in Miami. Plus he's on the market in an offseason, with multiple attractive coaching vacancies.

  6. This is the same Tua that the media was praising when he was in Alabama. They (Media) said that Tua was a number one draft pick. Now, they are trashing Tua left and right. I don't think Flores put Tua in the best position to succeed.

  7. Man look as a dolphins fan this some BS now it's reset everything… the way we played on defense with the personnel it was suited for Coach Flores and the dolphins to make a huge jump next season but now let's hit the reset button because now players with be moving out.

  8. Because you're a good worker doesn't mean you fit for the job. Apparently, Flores wasn't what Steven Ross was looking for. Let's be honest. Yes, Flores won 7 straight, but he also loss 7 straight. How can you lose to the Jaguars??? Yes, two winning seasons, but he didn't make the playoffs on either one. He had high turnovers for offenses and defenses coaches. Play calling was mediocre at best. How can he make the playoffs let alone get to the SB when they can barely score 20pts? He was not in good term with the GM and Tua. Bad communication, bad collaboration. I wasn't shocked like all of you. I was not against him, but I also was not a fan. Everyone measures success differently. For Ross, this wasn't good enough. I respect his decision. I wish Flores the best.

  9. Finishing the season 8-1 with a QB as limited as Tua is coach of the year territory, not deserving to be fired. May be another 20 years before Miami wins a playoff game with this kind of mentality.

  10. Exactly. He had his coach for the next ten years and blew it. Plus coach Flores hands were tied. Switching to Tua wasnt his call. Nice kid but he doesnt have the arm strength and size needed to carry an nfl franchise without the perfect storm surrounding him.
