  1. on the first exercise when he started and gradually started sharpening up his movement thanks to your instruction, I saw his rotation force went through the roof, i saw a massive push/pull happening on his obliques…this stuff is legit.

  2. Interesting as usual. Now for an athlete like this, does he do additional weight training for strength? This style of training isn't going to build a physique and isn't optimal for the development of maximal strength. It works on movement patterns and effective efficient force transfer. Have you ever developed a teenage athlete? Underweight, weak, lanky, using nothing but FP training? That is what keeps me from outright agreeing with everything and adopting this style of training. Could you one day do a video addressing that if others have that concern as well? Make a case for FP training for individuals with those needs.
